The idea of the Melton Wold Tannery came from the lucritive hunting industry found on the Farm Melton Wold. Melton Wold Tannery lies midway between Cape Town and Johannesburg, at 1295 meters above sea level. It is centrally situated in the middle of the Great Karoo in a wide valley north of the Nuweveld Mountains in the catchment area of the Brak River. The property is 10Km long and is home to a large variety of buck including a springbuck making The Melton Wold Tannery the perfect place for the tanning of all you game and sheep skin products.
